Meet with unit leaders and committee monthly to discuss membership goals & retention.

Work with the committee to ensure the unit reaches Journey to Excellence gold status in membership.

Conduct at least 2 recruitment / Scouting promotion events per year.

Involve unit in Fall and Spring recruitment.

Complete Spring Tiger Cub recruitment and registration

Conduct activities in the community to promote Cub Scouting (marketing).

Plan and conduct Fall sign-up night rally.

Update unit's BeAScout Google pin

Follow-up with the recruitment leads generated from BeAScout site

Follow-up with absent youth members. Troubleshoot retention issues.

Conduct a call night for youth who did not renew membership.

Encourage youth in the unit to join and cross over the next appropriate program as they come of age.

Plan and carry out Webelos-to-Scout transition (including at least 2 activities with a troop).
